Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period):

All customers in the EU can cancel goods physical goods ordered up to 14 days

This does not include digital goods such as training videos or eBooks or any customized goods that cannot be resold
2. Return Process and Refunds:

To receive a full refund on the product it must be unopened and in a sellable condition the cost of postage is covered by the customer
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized goods.

Perishable goods (like food or flowers).

Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., cosmetics).

Digital content, once it has been downloaded or streamed with the consumer's prior consent.

Services that have already been fully performed.
5. Return Shipping Costs:

The customer must contact crystal Technology by any of our normal methods such as Contact Us form on the website and get approval before sending the product back.

If the product is under warranty and is being sent back for repair the cost of postage is refunded to the customer when a copy of the postage receipt is supplied all postage must be tracked postage and clearly marked as fragile
6. Delivery and Risk:

All goods sent by post from Us are covered by insurance until they are delivered to the customer

All good sent by the customer to Us for repair or refund are the customer reasonability until we receive them and sign for them.
7. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):

We understand that sending back a goods for repair can be a stressful time for customer and we always try our best to resolve the issue remotely if possible. If this is not possible we try our best to make sure the goods are repired and returned as quick as possible
